Booking fees help cover payment processing, identity verification, scheduling tools, dispute handling, and customer support. There are no monthly fees, listing fees, or complicated commission structures, and you'll always see exactly how fees are applied before a booking is confirmed.
Clients pay when they book. Your earnings are processed securely through Stripe after completed sessions and deposited into your connected bank account. Your first payout may require Stripe identity verification, which typically takes only a few minutes to complete.
Each trainer chooses their own cancellation policy. Depending on the policy selected, clients may receive a full refund by cancelling at least 24 or 48 hours before the session start time. The cancellation policy for each session is clearly displayed on the listing before a client books.
You do not need certifications to create a listing. However, verified credentials such as NASM, ACE, RYT, CPR certification, and other professional qualifications can be displayed on your profile and help build trust with potential clients. Trainers are responsible for maintaining any certifications, licenses, or insurance required for the services they provide.
Yes. SplitMart is non-exclusive. You're free to continue working with your existing clients and growing your business however you choose. There are no exclusivity agreements or minimum commitments required to list on SplitMart.
